All you have to do is pass on the referral information in one of four easy ways:

2. Visit your La Gran Plaza Leasing Office
3. E-mail us directly at Leasing@GrupoZocalo.com with their information
4. Call 817.922.8888 and be sure to tell us that it is a Tenant Referral

IF THE PERSON YOU REFERRED SIGNS A LEASE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE INITIAL CONTACT, YOU WILL RECEIVE A $50.00 RENT CREDIT

• Prospect must mention the referral upon initial contact with the La Gran Plaza Leasing Representative (if we have not previously been notified [see above]). No exceptions.
• Rent Credits are available to existing La Gran Plaza Tenants only.
• Referral program does not apply to any leases involving brokers, tenant expansion, renewals, or additional space absorbed by any employees, or partners of the existing tenant.
• If the credit exceeds the amount owed by the existing tenant over the length of the lease term, the remainder of the credit will be applied towards the renewal of the tenant’s lease.  There will be no cash disbursements.
