All you have to do is pass on the
referral information in one of four easy ways:

- Visit your Boxer Property Leasing Office
- E-mail us directly at Leasing@BoxerProperty.com with their information
- Call 877.777.RENT and be sure to tell our prospect coordinator that it is a Tenant Referral
IF THE PERSON YOU REFERRED SIGNS A LEASE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE INITIAL CONTACT,
YOU WILL RECEIVE A $50.00 RENT CREDIT
Guidelines & Restrictions:
- Prospect must mention the referral upon
initial contact with the Boxer Property Leasing Representative (if we have not
previously been notified (see above)). No exceptions.
- Rent Credits are available to existing Boxer Property
Tenants only.
- Referral program does not apply to any leases
involving brokers, tenant expansion, renewals, or additional space absorbed by
any employees, or partners of the existing tenant.
- If the credit exceeds the amount owed by the
existing tenant over the length of the lease term, the remainder of the credit
will be applied towards the renewal of the tenant’s lease. There will be
no cash disbursements.
This program supersedes and overrides any previously dated programs.
